I called the restaurant beforehand and they immediately had me speak with a manager and she assured me the gf pasta is cooked in separate water. I wanted the chicken piccatta and she said it was one of the dishes they can make gf, and they'll cook the chicken in a separate pan. When I picked up my order, "gluten allergy" was clearly stated on the ticket. She of course warned me of possible cross contamination because of flour being used in the kitchen. I felt very well taken care of here and my meal was comforting and delicious!
Their menu offers gluten free pasta and pizza crust! Not sure how and where the pizza is cooked, but happy to know that these are available.
