This is a wonderful organic farm, shop, and restaurant with schnapps, meat, cheese, jam, honey, chocolate, etc. available for purchase and an attached restaurant specializing in local fare. We spoke to the owners about gluten and they determined that I could either have a plain (no sauce) pork roast with potato salad and fresh salad OR a local specialty that is naturally gluten-free—Tiroler Gröstl! It was insanely delicious and hit the spot after a chilly hike. Made with potatoes, bacon/ham (or maybe it was even pork belly?), egg, spring onions, and garnished with edible flowers, it was a wonderful discovery and now a new favorite of mine! The chance to buy organic goods and souvenirs on the way out is also a plus. There is always food put out by the owner to sample and one of the times we stopped by to peruse, I was also offered a complimentary glass of schnapps!
