Twain is Chicago's BEST KEPT SECRET!!! Although they're still pretty new, they have what it takes to give some of Chicago's most respected restaurants a run for their money!! I ordered their breakfast burger wrapped in lettuce with their house potatoes. I'm a huge burger critic, but I have nothing but praises for Twain! The burger was excellent! Juicy, flavorful and the cheese was just out of this world and brought it all together perfectly! I also tried the Bloody Butcher Grits and they are a MUST HAVE!!! Grits reimagined, bringing forth flavors you never thought possible from such a common homestyle dish. THEE BEST BRUNCH IN CHICAGO!!! If you're looking to try a new brunch spot with immaculately seasoned cuisine, liberal portions and over and above hospitality in an delightfully unassuming atmosphere, Twain is the place for you.
