I had a really great experience here! Menu is not marked but most of the menu was already or could be adapted to be gluten free and the server was happy to walk me through it in detail. Our waiter said one of the chefs had celiac so everything she creates for the menu is default gluten free and it was clear the kitchen knew what was up. Serving staff announced each time that my plate was gluten free/celiac safe. Steep price tag but awesome service, excellent food, and a good vibe all around

I had a fantastic experience at Twelve! We had the prix fixe menu and there were options within each of the categories (including desserts) that were gluten free! I emailed ahead of time to ask about if they could accommodate celiac disease, they said they could, and the waiter also seemed knowledgeable. I was very very full but did not get sick! The food was delicious and unique, it was such a treat!

The prix fixe menu was delicious. I called ahead of time - they assured me they would be able to accommodate me & noted my celiac on the reservation. The waitstaff was extremely knowledgeable and readily suggested safe dishes and/or modifications. They prepared my food separately. I felt fine after my meal & had no reaction!
