I have gone to this bakery every time I am in Long Beach. They have a tremendous selection of gluten free goodies from cheesecakes to pies to things like chicken pot pie - all gluten free! Love this place!

Saturday is donut day! Be there before 11:30 to get donuts. Also call ahead to reserve a loaf of sourdough (Wednesday afternoon) or brioche (Friday afternoon)

I ordered a variety of GF yeast raised donuts for my birthday and they were very good….its been 18 years since I’ve had a real donut so keep that in mind but they were a treat! I have to drive 40 minutes to get to the bakery so I wish that it wasn’t so hit or miss with what was available on certain days.

Hit and miss when they have stuff , but had a brioche and an Apple strudel both were probably the best non home cooked baked goods.

Today, for my birthday my daughter took me to the bakery that makes gluten-free sweet treats. The small bakery shop had so many things to choose from. It brought me back to when I was a child because of the cookies and pastries were decorated with things that I had in my childhood but now I am allergic to gluten and I bought a, mothers animal cookie, which was delicious and my daughter liked it as well! I bought a hostess cupcake, which was delicious a little richer for my taste but decorated beautifully and very tasty. I had was a sugar soft cookie that they currently sell in the grocery store, but this one was chocolate and it was delicious. Soft moist base with icing that was very light and airy, loved it. My daughter is not gluten-free, but she selected the lemon cookie cracked top; I tasted it and it was not too lemony just very, very delicious light lemon airy cookie.

It was fantastic! I'm from Arizona and was surprised there were so limited options for GF in Long Beach but this place had all the yummy treats a girl could ask for! My only complaint is the croissant. I love this bakery but the croissant just wasn't good, it was more biscuit consistency and not flaky like I had hoped. Flavor was kinda off and wish the churros were warmed when you purchase. But everything else was 10/10! Definitely coming again!

They were very friendly and helpful. Everything they have is labled SF, GF, Vegan, Keto, SGRF and so on. I tried the Keto sugar free cheesecake and a Vegan Lemon Bar, both were amazing! Brought home Vegan Gluten Free Pizza Crust and Gluten Free Sourdough Rolls. Definitely will be going back

Delicious gluten free and mostly dairy free items. They offer DONUTS on Saturdays, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, biscotti, cheesecakes, and several different types of breads and pizza crust. Their cinnamon rolls are the best. AND THEY MAKE CROISSANTS!!! The brownies are so moist! And the service is awesome!! You won't be disappointed at all!! They also have many vegan and keto items too!

This is a small takeout bakery with no seating for eating. Service is friendly. The items are pricy… a single hamburger bun is $3.75. I had a light and fluffy brownie with a rich chocolaty taste. The cinnamon roll was likely stale, and had a firm texture which almost snapped biting into it. The Snickerdoodle had a soft texture, but was a bit lacking in flavor. The variety of items offered is substantial.

Great little family-owned shop. Selections vary but there are usually breads, rolls, cookies, cupcakes, cheesecakes and various pastries. Chocolate-filled croissant was good my last visit. I'm looking forward to trying their cream puffs & eclairs since I heard when the next batch will be made! My gps was confused of the location, however. It's in the east end of the shopping center with TJ Maxx.

I had high hopes for this bakery and some of the items like the bread/ rolls were good! I do love that this bakery is dedicated GF and has some stand ins like the circus cookies and doughnuts. I liked the pop tart but it tasted like they just filed over pre-bought gf puff patty. I was really sad because while the croissant tasted good(like bread), the texture/flakiness wasn’t quite there. It was more like the rolled the pre- bought puff pastry up like a croissant. Unfortunately the cinnamon rolls were dense. I don’t remember if they were egg free but they were like a dense dough.
So I liked it and would probably go back for the artisan breads but it’s not the best gf baked stuff I’ve ever had/ made.

It's pretty good... Amazing that it's all GF... but they haven't quite figured out a good flour blend. Like eating some of the cookies I got big chunks of baking soda and it was pretty dense. But with all that said I do appreciate it is all gluten free.

This bakery is the bomb! They are dedicated GF and they have lots of tasty vegan options as well. Whenever I am in the area I try to pop in. They are family owned and are closed on Sunday and Monday.

Wide selection of gluten free items, but everything turns hard and stale almost immediately. We bought $100 worth of donuts on the day it is baked. The ones we tried at the store were fine, but the ones saved for our friends for the next day were ROCK HARD. We also bought bagels and other items, and those items were baked a few days prior, and they were also very stale.

Hi, thanks for your review. All of our donuts are fried, so must be enjoyed the same day. They are not meant to be eaten later. Some of our other items need to be toasted or eaten warmed up at times.

Best dedicated gluten-free bakery anywhere! My go-to place for everything gluten free. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great selection, and if you don't find what you want ask them! Everything tastes amazing! My favs are the cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies, and Bundt cakes. They offer seasonal favorites as well. Check out their Facebook page, they post their daily menu.

Lovely place to get some sweets! People there were very professional and friendly that they heard about my condition and recommended some of their treats. Their apple rollovers and cheesecake were great. Maybe I had been too excited about it but I was little disappointed with their croissant, little too heavy, not layered well, no smell of butter.

I was gifted pastries from here while visiting relatives in California. It’s very rare to find gluten free and vegan pastries…especially ones that taste so good. I wish we lived nearby, but will stop by again next time we visit the family. The cinnamon rolls were so tasty!

This family owned GF bakery is THE BEST! They have such a variety of treats it brings tears to my eyes. Everything is delicious & SPECIAL. They also have a surprisingly wonderful amount of DF, SF & Keto friendly items. Some of my favorites include the coconut rugula, the personal size cheesecakes, FRESH MADE DONUTS every Saturday AM, cookies, breads and pot pies just to name a few. Twiced Baked is my happy place. I’m so grateful they exist.

Everything is AMAZING! My boyfriend took me here to finally have bread-y sweets once my craving kicked in and the hostess cupcake and Chocolate Heaven Bundt cake are my favorites so far. They’re also super nice and easy going here, I loved it :)

Delicious! Closest gluten-free bakery to Disneyland and we’ll worth the short drive. The selection was great, flavors and textures were perfect, and there was a nice balance of nostalgic favorites (frosted animal cookies! Hostess style chocolate cupcakes!). Thank you for existing—I’m looking forward to future trips to get more treats.

I love this place! Everything is GF, they have a ton of vegan options and they also have a lot of keto options with no added sugar, which was great for my dad who has diabetes. They are really knowledgeable about food allergies so they should be able to answer all your questions if you have any other dietary restrictions.
The cinnamon rolls (only available on wednesdays) are vegan and absolutely amazing. I also loved the apple crumble and banana bread, though honestly everything I’ve tried there so far has been great!

My mom brought me a small chocolate bundt & hostess-style chocolate cupcakes for my birthday. Both fantastic, though the bundt, with its chocolate chips suspended in the cake, was my absolute favorite. Moist, excellent flavor — not too sweet.

The whole place is gluten free. The employees were really nice and helpful. As I was making my selection of sweets one of them let me know one of the things i picked was sugar free and may taste different than I expect. I kept that muffin with my order anyways to try. It was the only thing I didn't think tasted good but she warned me so I wasn't sad about it. I ordered 4 other treats that were all some of the best gf sweets I've had since having celiac disease.
The lemon bar/tart was amazing!!! Definitely will go here again. It was so good!
They even mentioned they may be doing sweet pies for the holidays this year and even might do pot pies so I'm looking forward to that.

When my husband was diagnosed with celiac disease we had started to search for places to buy desserts and found that they also carry gluten-free pizza dough which made his world so much better at the beginning stages of his journey. This place is dairy-free and gluten-free and everything taste.

OMG! Amazing baked goods, donut holes, fritters, thumb prints, cookies, lemon bars, dinner rolls, muffins, cinnamon roll, and more... even my not gluten free friend loved the baked goods and said he would not hesitate to go there again
