Review of Twist Bar and Bistro

Have been going to this restaurant in the hotel for years. New management now so I wasn't sure what I would find. Nothing on the menu seemed suitable to me with added dairy free and lots of other intolerances, but when I spoke to the waitress she mentioned they had gluten free buns (gorgeous ones!) and could do gf chips in separate fryer! Had a beautiful burger. Happy bunny. Nothing mentioned on the menu though..
