We had a good experience. The food was delicious. Many gf dishes to choose from. Turns out the chef has food allergies. I think they were quite understanding of my dietary needs. I felt good about the safety of the food preparation. They have a dedicated fryer. For that reason, I opted for the burger with no bun and fries. I also had the gem salad. We also ordered the beet salad. I was the only celiac in the group. Everyone thought the place was great. (I’m not giving it full safety marks only because it’s not 100%gf. )
