Twisted Fork Brunch Company

Twisted Fork has several items marked as GF (gluten free upon request) on their menu. Variety of omelette’s and skillet options. I enjoyed a Meat Lovers Omelette with home fries and gluten free toast. Very nice atmosphere as well. Prior to dining there I called to inquire if they have a dedicated kitchen area for gluten free items and was informed yes but the server must be notified when ordering. The server appeared to be fully aware of gluten free needs and the items listed on the menu. The server stated that the toast was made in a dedicated toaster as well. I will go back again.
