I know that other people have had good experiences here, but both times, I've had really bad experiences at twisted kitchen.
I went once a couple years ago and got contaminated.
I also went a couple days ago and they didnt know what was gluten free and used a shared pan to heat it up. They also asked me if they should change their gloves, to which I said yes, and then proceeded to work on my meal at the same time as others that had gluten. They even asked if I was sure I didn't want Bread on it at the end of the line after I explained gluten allergy. 🤦♀ Luckily, this one was for my boyfriend, who just eats gluten free for me, so he still ate it just fine. I was considering getting another one for myself depending on how they did with cross contamination, but never again.

The girl that prepped was great. Then communication and understanding went down hill. I’m not sure. Which means it’s a worry for me. Fortunately, Celiac daughter isn’t here.
The worker who greeted immediately asked if I had celiac when I asked for gluten free pasta. She changed her gloves and announced it down the line, so they got a fresh pan and spatula to make mine. Very careful, and very fast, fresh, and tasty. I’ll be back for sure.
They took extra precautions in food prep. The pasta was wonderful!

This is one of my favorite goto places when I want pasta. They take it serious here if you say you have an allergy. I haven't got sick once.

Gluten free pasta, lots of sauce and topping choices, and they do a good job of keeping things separate to avoid cross contamination. Highly recommend.

They use alternate tools for gluten allergy prep. And the penne is fabulous. The sauces are gluten free except the Asian varieties. All of the meats are gluten free except for the meatballs and breaded chicken.

Fast food prep, friendly service for a quick pasta fix. By mentioning gluten allergy, they'll take extra precautions not to contaminate. Owner also told us they special source their GF Penne and it hasn't disappointed.
