We had a great experience here. They have GF buns for burgers and sandwiches. They serve potato chips that aren’t fried by them. They change the fry oil on Tuesdays and Fridays, so you can have the wings that are par fried in the mornings. Then you can have them baked. Waitress and manager were very knowledgeable about a gluten-free allergy, but we’re not hesitant to go ask the cook any questions.
