cool vibe, pretty standard setting for a non-gf pizza place making gf pizza. cross contamination is possible, just clarify and they'll do a glove change etc. movies, wow, i love movies

Admittedly, I’ve never been big on pizza but after being diagnosed I randomly started craving it. Two Boots doesn’t offer the best pizza but it’s also not the worst around. I mostly go here because they offer both gluten free and dairy free pizza, a seemingly rare combination that checks off all my boxes.
I can’t speak to other locations, but this one cross contaminates. However, I’ve found that the cross contamination tends to be worse when ordering non-gf pizzas with my gf one. If you don’t want to get sick, I’d recommend ordering in person and asking them to change their gloves and be extra careful to keep everything separate.

They advertise gluten free pizza and that they make it on a separate tray. That is true.
They have a shared cook space, they ladle the sauce from the same bucket as all the other pizzas which touch gluten dough. The same bucket of cheese. There were no gloves or hand washing used in between pizzas. The same pizza cutter was used as gluten pizzas.
This place might be trendy gluten free but anyone with an allergy will get VERY sick. Do NOT recommend

Having to update— despite precautions I believe they take, there’s just too much cross-contamination for a sensitive celiac. I have gotten cross-contaminated twice (I tried to give it a second shot). Really sad to bid this place goodbye.

One of the best places for GF Pizza! Lots of dairy free options as well. They go above and beyond in preventing cross contamination. If you are in Nashville, go to Midtown and check this place out. Phenomenal! Confirmed gluten free on my NIMA.

I emailed and was told: “We do use the same sauce, cheese, toppings etc. but we have a separate cutter and plates. We use cornmeal to cover our normal dough, so exposure to flour is fairly minimal.
Not good enough for me when there are a ton of other places in the area. Getting sick just isn’t worth it. Appreciated his honesty though!
