When we arrived we spoke to a manager about their celiac precautions. The first thing she said was “we can’t guarantee anything bc we use a shared space & we can only do so much”. This didn’t make me feel especially safe eating here. So we ordered food for the rest of my family but I’m VERY sensitive so I didn’t feel comfortable ordering. I did snag a bite of plain GF pancakes & plain unseasoned hash browns so I’d know for sure wether it was celiac safe or not. Despite several times asking, our order wasn’t flagged for an allergy BUT they assured us it was cooked in the “Egg Pan” which supposedly doesn’t get glutened. I’ll update this review once I know if I’m cross contaminated. Food was very bland bc they had to leave it unseasoned for concerns of gluten (which my daughter actually loves)

This is an adorable place w/an amazing view. They’re unsure if they’re allergen friendly, so it leads me to believe they’re not necessarily. But they definitely tried & were very friendly.

Great gluten free pancakes and pastry items. Great service, but it does get busy so expect a wait and pack your patience. As soon as I informed our waiter that our son was a celiac they took great care of us. Pagosa doesn’t have many gluten free options and I’m so grateful for this one!
