The last review is pretty old , we were there the other day & my celiac wife was very pleased with her selection. The last 2014 review said there were no celiac selections but apparently they have made great improvement in the gluton free are since then. Food is good to.
Not a lot of menu items but if you want a cider try crispin, it's delicious!
They have a very very limited GF menu but can also safely do burgers with no bun. They have a few GF beer options. This is a place that works well if you want to take your family somewhere "local" but want to be sure you can eat something, however it's definitely not a place that's trying too hard to be GF.
This place has LOTS Of gluten-sensitive options now. I've had the portobello sandwich w GF bun, the garlic fries (AMAZING) and had fried calamari for first time in 15 years - rice flour breading. All delicious, no tummy issues (I am gluten intolerant ). Will be my go-to place whenever I'm in this area.
This restaurant is not knowledgeable about gluten. Menu for gluten free is a fake. The items listed are prepared in the same fryer as gluten containing oils. Nothing is prepared separate. If you have gluten issues/allergies avoid it. Staff does not know what is and not gluten free. Bad restaurant bad menu.
First of all, I did not get glutened eating at this restaurant however I was given gluten containing food. I ordered off of the gluten free menu and got a side salad to start. I immediately saw croutons on my salad and told the waitress I need a new salad without croutons. The second salad was great and the wait staff assured me the first salad was dumped and the new salad was made on a new plate. Because of the first salad I did not feel comfortable eating my entree and canceled my order.
