They get GF, take all precautions and dedicated fryer. Some of the wait staff are new, so you may want to speak with the owner when ordering- one of the owners is always there. The photo is of GF spanakopita (spinach pie) bites. They were delicious, and I am Greek, so I know good spanakopita when I taste it! That was my appetizer. My main course was lamb souvlaki with salad and lemon potatoes. All of it was delicious. Give them a try if you're in the area.
