Ucc Park Cafe

While this is not an official gluten-free facility, I was able to find a few things on the menu that were satisfying. We got a fruit platter to share and I got the Filipino breakfast (fried boneless bangus, garlic rice, and eggs). The iced-coffee here is delicious and so is the fruit platter. The garlic rice is so-so (a bit over-cooked and flavorless).
