Review of Uccello's Ristorante

Amazing gluten free menu. Despite the "moderate to severe allergy should not order" warning on the pizza, we discussed with our waitress who discussed with the chef and they took great care in the preparation. We got the spinach artichoke dip with tortillas and deluxe pizza. It was absolutely amazing! Non gf hubby shared and loved it as well! Finally a restaurant where I felt "normal" and had great choices, not just a few things. And of course I couldn't go wrong with Angry Orchard on tap! My little gluten free tummy is doing the happy dance! One of the best gluten free meals I've had out! They took the fear and anxiety out of my meal!
