Had an amazing experience here. Went for my birthday. Our server knew what did and did not contain gluten. No gf menu, but staff is knowledgeable. Each time a dish came out, they described the dish and noted that it was gluten free. This was added comfort. I left feeling great! Pretty pricey so definitely a treat but would love to go back. Plus, we sat two tables down from Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons so you know it’s good 🥰😂

I’ve eaten here a lot and have never had any issues. They take celiac very serious and are very accommodating. It’s also a really nice dining experience - courses out options, good ambiance, and very trendy.

So careful with allergies and sensitivities in general! Our waitress literally ran to our table to intercept a course that another wait staff brought to our table to double check that it was safe. The food in incredible!!!!!

This place is AMAZING. Tell your sever you're gluten free and they will know exactly which things on the menu you can and cannot have, including cross contamination. Everything they bring you they'll tell you if it has gluten or not. 10/10 experience and food!

This place is amazing! Not only is it some of the best sushi I’ve ever had but they are so knowledgeable about celiac. I’ll definitely eat back. Also come for happy hour 4-6 for better prices- it is expensive:)

Uchiko has the best gluten free sushi dining experience in Austin! The staff were warm and assuring about the GF and DF options. Each item came out and was clearly communicated that it was gluten and dairy free. The even brought us a marked up menu that had the non-GF menu items crossed out with black sharpie and she added stars next to the items we had ordered. Top notch service in addition to incredible food!! Customer for life.

What a great experience. Everything the servers brought was excellent, and they all were sure to say “gluten free” or “allergen free” each and every time the brought something new. Can’t wait to go back.

The server knew what was safe to order and any modifications that could be made to make my meal gluten free. They had separate GF soy sauce too. Very delicious!
