If your looking for veggie rolls there’s barely any options and don’t recommend bc of that but it is good for regular sushi with a big enough selection. Unfortunately the miso soup is not GF which is why I prob won’t ever come back. It’s so easy to do miso soup GF.

Had a salmon and veggie roll which was delicious, no reaction after a day. I would caution that the menu says the calamari is GF, but I was told the fryer is shared. Received my order with regular packets of soy sauce but they swapped them for a little container of GF tamari on request (I went during a really busy time). I would feel okay going back again and sticking with simple stuff.
Yo! Check out UCHU only if you want a proper sushi roll- sooo good. The chefs are religious when it comes to preparation, the servers will do anything to accommodate your allergy or celiac. Our waitress was great with questions and concerns. They have separate preparation area, cooks swap out new gloves, board and utensils when you notify them of celiac. Top quality experience- probably best Sushi in Portland area!
