I can't say what safety measures are taken, but I have eaten here so many times and never gotten sick. Gluten-free dosas are delicious each time. So yummy and highly recommended!

They're menu has things marked off if it has gluten. Gone there twice and haven't gotten sick. They have gluten free dosa and there food is absolutely delicious.
