We used to love coming here and it was always reliable as a gf option, until last night. We totally got glutened and my daughter was sick all night and of course still is. The staff and service were awful. They were not very apologetic when we called them out on the mistake (the waiter was very defensive and tried blaming us). We waited for over 20 minutes after finishing all the food before receiving our check and she was in the bathroom sick during that time. Management was polite but not very concerned. We love their Brussel sprouts and will miss them because we do not plan on returning. There must be new mgmt because this experience was nothing like the past.

Actually called Silvi's.....Had the lamb burger on gluten free bun, and the charred Brussels sprouts.... DE-LISH! They have GF options for just about everything on their menu.. Even GF beer options. Didn't get sick.

This place is actually called Silvi's and uses Udi's products. Everything can be made GF. The waitress asked if I was a celiac and made sure the kitchen knew.

Food is not sensational but it's ok. There is much better GF pizza out there than what I've ordered here (very tough, hard crust), but at least I have never gotten sick here from gluten.

Awesomeness!! Now known as Silvi's this place has it all: gluten-free bread, pizza, burgers, fries, falafel, and even vegan cheese if you are dairy-free too. This Florida girl LOVES Denver!

Have a great GF menu. The Jerusalem sandwich on gf bread with quinoa side was tasty and super flavorful. Smoothies are great too. The menu is not your standard fare, lots of variety. Staff were great. Recently changed name to Silvi's Kitchen. Great food.

almost everything on the udi's menu has a gf option, and all of the sides are gf. the salmon sandwich was delicious, as was the macaroni and cheese. the pizza crust resembled cardboard and could not be salvaged, despite the number of gourmet toppings thrust upon it. the carrot cake was a bit on the heavy side with carrots that could have been grated thinner as well. just stay away from the pizza!
