The food here was great and the allergen labelling was great. They would label the meal and also call out fried onions or soy based sauces as a key that you could ask to remove those to make the dish gf. The waitress was very patient and accommodating with all of our questions. She even went back and asked the kitchen when we received the rainbow roll and saw a brown sauce below the sushi pieces. She confirmed with the kitchen it was a teriyaki sauce that did not have gluten. Lots of choices here and great service
