Had bibimbap (mixed rice bowl) with sauteed shrimp and it was pretty good. There is also an option to use the grills yourself and you can order samgyeopsal (pork belly) which is naturally gluten free. The only fear here is soy sauce, so I would just stay clear of bulgogi or anything else made with it.
