I had the bacon, egg & potato breakfast bowl with no reaction. (Bonus points for the delicious bacon jam!) I was a little nervous - I talked to the manager (owner?) and he was fairly flippant about just letting the cashier know so she could mark my meal as GF. He advised not to get any of the hot sandwiches as they only have one grill surface. The cashier was not knowledgeable but knew how to mark the order for the chef. My order did come out separately, and the server presented it as the gluten free order. My family all enjoyed their food as well.

My daughter was able to get a good gluten-free grill cheese with their GF bun. The cheese pulled apart like what you see in commercials! Any sandwich or avocado toast can be made with the bun. All the dressing are home made and the owner said they are all GF even the soy sauce based one. The granola was GF! The owner is looking into GF options for the waffles and pancakes. He was honest to say that he only recommend salad (maybe a cold sandwich) for Celiac Disease or major allergies due to the cross contamination on the grills and presses.
