Authentic ramen! The gluten free bowl with miso broth is listed at the bottom of the menu. The regular bowls and broths do have gluten/contamination. Added photo of gluten free ramen. No issues with gluten, however cannot recommend as the flavor wasn’t great and the noodles were soggy. Also very high priced at $22.
The staff was clear about what was safe to eat, however, there are limited choices.
My family and I ate at Ultra House 2 nights in a row when visiting Whidbey Island in July 2023. My daughter and I both have celiac disease and the front of house staff were incredibly knowledgeable about celiac and so helpful in guiding us to gluten free options on their menu and communicating our strict dietary needs to the kitchen staff when our orders were placed. The food was delicious, which is why we ate there 2 nights in a row. It's always reassuring when the server/kitchen just "get it" right away when it comes to safe food handling to avoid gluten cross contact❣I can't wait to eat here again, next time we're on Whidbey Island!!

Amazing to find GF ramen! They have an option that they even advertise as their celiac-safe, made out of potato&rice flour. They serve oils and soy sauce that are GF. All staff are knowledgeable and I felt fine after eating there, just very full! 🤣
Gluten Free Ramon (rice noodles)! Server was knowledgeable of Celiac and made sure everything used in Ramon was gluten free. Delicious!
They have a special celiac safe miso ramen and it’s delicious! It’s off menu.
