All nigiri and most rolls are gluten free. The waiter was knowledgeable and they even have tamari!! Everything we tried was delicious and fresh!!! No symptoms, I'll be back!!!

Asymptomatic Celiac

I mentioned gluten free and the waitress immediately pointed out the rolls I could have, so that was a good sign, however when I asked her to tell the kitchen to do a glove change and use a fresh sushi mat, she seemed a little confused and asked me to remind her which allergy it was. I think all went well but definitely be diligent here!
