Review of U'Maki Sushi Burrito

Like Chipotle for sushi/poke bowls. You can get a rice bowl or salad bowl for gluten free. Most of their proteins are GF, lots of veggie options, the spicy mayo and ginger sauces are gluten free and they have GF soy sauce available. Very easy to make your own Celiac-safe bowl and very filling. Will definitely be back. I love spicy mayo and most sushi places it is not GF.
