Both time I went the servers were not too certain, but rather overly careful. But our hibachi chefs knew exactly what they were doing. Offered to cook mine separately in the kitchen or right in front of us, before they cook anything else to avoid cross contamination and with gf soy sauce. Went with that both times, had a great time and enjoyed my meals.
