I asked the waitress about gluten free and she knew nothing about it. I ordered a house salad and asked if she would make sure the chef knew I could not eat gluten. The chef came out and told me it would be and he could make me most of the sushi and other dishes gf. He said that he had gf soy sauce in the kitchen. He said that he did not have a dedicated fryer so nothing fried. The salad was very fresh and good. My husband's sushi looked good. He said the Wasabi was sweet and grainy. I thought it was fine. $16 for 6 tuna sushi, 2 cup salad,, saki and soda. The prices are good. To wrap up, the chef sounded knowledgable and was eager to cool for me.
