Staff super knowledgeable about celiac/gluten intolerance/any allergies. Can’t eat anything on the right most side of the menu, but plenty of options.

Server was very aware of celiac! They have tamari for sushi/sashimi/handrolls and the skewers are all safe from cross contact as the sauce is added after grilling. (When I went to order edamame my waitress told me that it is boiled in the same water as the noodles so I passed, but was still great that she knew!)

I loved this place before I was diagnosed with Celiac and am so happy I can still eat there! Their robotayaki can be made gluten free by cooking in a separate oven and giving you a different (but still amazing) sauce. Almost their entire sushi and sashimi menu can be made gluten free by switching to tamari soy sauce. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free and shared how things would be prepared to avoid cross contamination.
