Review of Ume Asian and Sushi

Staying at casino del sol as have several times before- as celiac always nervous to eat here as no reviews- ate in Asian place Umi tonight after talking to front podium person. She said the chefs had recently gone through gf training so chanced it - I was very specific with lovely server about celiac - she asked the chefs what I could have 100% gf and no cross contamination- she came back saying modified chop suey - no soy sauce or oyster sauce with shrimp. (Chicken and beef are not gf) So basically a white sauce. It was lovely and am not ill. Recommend if you are force-full and specific about dietary etc. it was yummy.
