There is one gluten-free poke offered, have to say it was not the tastiest. My son has celiac and ate the Kalua pork and rice with furikake, no problems.

Their menu online wasn't marked, but we stopped by to see if there's anything gluten free. The hostesses were just recently hired and didn't know anything, I spoke to a server that confirmed they didn't have anything gluten free but could make some poke for me. He mentioned they used to have gluten free items but don't anymore. I don't really eat raw fish, but also didn't feel super confident about them handling food safely. The server was super nice, and said he would mention it to the general manager since they've gotten similar questions recently. If you have Celiac, it's not worth a visit here.

Had the Hawaiian Poke, which is marked as Gluten free on menu. It was delicious! Also had a Mai Tai which was really good. Unfortunately I had stomach issues (extreme burning sensation) all evening. Not sure if it was a cross contamination issue.
The one gluten free choice got me sick as a dog. Also free parking station will charge you to park even know sign says free parking.
No
Not many gf options but very quick to know what was safe and what wasn’t. Would go back. Prep area seemed like it would be prone to cross contamination but I didn’t get sick
Great food! Quick to know what you can and cannot eat. They were patient with me as I accidentally ordered tuna thinking it was chicken 🤦. They exchanged and got me what I wanted without charging me again.
Yes
Gluten free options available as stated on the chalkboard menu - just ask.
When we went the gf items were: traditional poke and the spicy tuna poke; both brown and white rice (the sweet potatoes probably are as well but they will kindly let you know if you ask); the seaweed salad and the cucumber kimchi; furikake seasoning on top is also gf.
No seating inside but there is a little patio with picnic tables and umbrellas.
Yes
This was our go to while here. My wife ordered on my behalf and felt safe with their GF options.
They do have their non-GF bins right next to GF bins, which was a worry, but I ate here 3 times and did not get sick. Pretty straightforward Poke without much to choose from, but that’s to be expected at a place that has limited options to start.
Spicy raw fish was fresh and tasty.
Yes
I called ahead and they said they have GF options. It’s kind of a hole in the wall in the best sense possible! The menu on the wall said “ask about GF and vegetarian options” and the guy at the counter answered my questions without hesitation! Two GF poke options and three GF sides. The food was delicious and portion generous for a very reasonable price! I do not know what their prep area looks like but I didn’t get sick!!!!
