All grilled cheeses can be made gluten free. They have a separate area for gluten free orders. They are very careful with cross contamination. The food is also very good and creative. It was our first meal in Providence and it was unique. Staff is very nice too.

Online ordering didn’t work. Manager offered a free dessert as apology. Stated they could do the S’mores GF. I watched the staff member make my sandwiches, onGF bread, then get out a regular box of graham crackers to make the s’mores, right next to the open bag of GFbread. Now cross contaminated. Cooked this non-gf s’mores on the gf sandwich press, labeled it as gf, then handed it to me. When I pointed this out, they then made another one, from the open bag of gf bread, and cooked it in the now-contaminated sandwich press. Don’t go there.

Best grilled cheese I've had since I've had Celiac disease. Had The Wicked and employee explained that they are not a gf kitchen but how they avoid cross contamination.

Gluten free is additional $1.75 Classic had lousy taste

awesome staff. let them know I was celiac and they told me how they would prepare my sandwich to avoid cross contamination, set me at ease. Got the classic with bacon, the bread was alright, good GF alternative.

Good place. The guy who helped us changed his gloves before touching the GF bread and then wrapped the sandwich in tinfoil before putting it on the panini press. They were very much aware of cross contamination issues. Good grilled cheese as well!

The food was amazing and it's been so long since I've had a toasted cheese made so well!! Jason was amazing in showing how you prepare a work area to make it safe for me as I have true celiacs with cross contamination issues! No problems after eating there! Thanks!

Needed something gluten and dairy free. They have a couple of different vegan cheeses and gf bread. I watched the guy make it. He changed his gloves, moved to a separate prep station, got a clean cutting board and new utensils. Although they cook on the same press grill, they wrapped my sandwich in foil before cooking. Note the carmelized onions are cooked in butter if you need dairy free too. It was yummy! I will be back!

This place hit the spot after spending a few hours walking around the city. It seemed a little pricey, but I'm used to that with gluten free. Sandwich was delicious!

I know they're not a true gluten free store, but they have pretty good options and I've never had a problem.

I've been getting the gluten free bread here for a while, and now they have even better, larger bread!! I love this place

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They explained what was gf and not and the process to avoid cross contamination. It is a very casual atmosphere.

It may be obvious from the name, but they specialize in grilled cheese. We had the club and the turkey Brie (w/o the fig jam). They were both tasty. We also had the Greek god salad. It had fresh ingredients and a good dressing. For the four of us to eat - 2 sandwiches and 2 salads - it was $35.

I'd go there again when in Providence.

Excellent Tomato Basil grilled cheese on locally sourced GF bread. They even have vegan cheese. Very friendly, helpful staff.

Awesome grilled cheese and locally baked bread way better than the crap you get at other places. Can make almost any grilled cheese on gluten free bread.
