Ordered the taste of hawaii without the mac salad. And had to do the chicken grilled instead of breaded. Waiter was helpful.
Really wanted the gluten free pizza but they said there oven had been broken for weeks.

Menu is labeled GF. My diner had the steak salad. Delish!
Choices are limited,, but safe dining in an amazing setting is always great.

Limited menu. Same exact food as the Rim just less options. Got the edamame and steak salad. So far so good after 2 hours. Was a bit nervous with how busy they were. I just made sure to get stuff marked no gluten.

I ate here last night while backpacking through the national park. Ron the manager was originally skeptical and worried about taking care of a celiac, however he thoroughly understood the need to eliminate the possibility of cross contamination. I thoroughly instructed him and my server Megan on what I wanted, what I needed, and how I needed it to be done. When I'm CC, I get sick within 5 minutes of eating, and I can say day two, I feel great. So happy they were able to take care of me safely all while with patience and compassion. This was my first meal in 6 days while hiking and it was spectacular. The views of the crater were also stunning, but I was just so elated I could eat safely. Be sure to ask for Ron if you are a celiac.
