My husband and I went there yesterday with my father-in-law. We ordered 5 pizzas and 60 wings, along with some pasta. Two of the pizzas were ordered gluten free, as was the pasta. The other 3 were ordered as regular with gluten. The man taking the order (unsure if he was the owner or not) was very efficient and organized. I mentioned my gluten allergy and noted that everything needed to be made in a separate space to avoid cross contamination. He assured me that it was possible and fine. In fact, although only the pizza is marked as gluten free on the menu, he mentioned that they have gluten free flour, breadcrumbs, and pasta, so 95% of their menu can actually be made gluten free! I was excited to try the food because of his assurance, previous reviews I read, and the vibe of the place, which is just wonderful! When he came out with the food, everything was organized and packaged properly. He clearly stated which ones were gluten and which were gluten free. Everything felt secure, and the entire process was easy and pleasant. The best part of it all was that the food was delicious, and I felt 100% fine after eating it!
