Uncle Louie’s makes an awesome GF margarita pie that comes in its own tin. They also use a cutter specific for GF and change it out regularly to avoid both cross contamination as well as to be safe for those with mozzarella sensitivities. This pizza is awesome and is safe for those with Celiac. I highly recommend them as a regular place for you to visit.
