On the door there is written "100% glutenfreies" but the owner cannot speak german nor english and even doesn't know how to pronounce 'gluten' . I didn't trust the place because I couldn't ask for cross contamination security.

The majority of the menu is GF. This venue allows you to make your own bowl and provides a lot of options for GF combinations. The owner was very careful to work with me (despite my limited German) to ensure that I got a safe meal. A few sauces do have soy sauce with gluten. I have celiac and had no reaction after 2 meals here. This fresh, light fare is a nice bit of variety in Austria.
