Are here twice during my vacation it was so good. There is a separate gluten free menu and staff are knowledgeable and very accommodating

Amazing meals.. Four of us have been twice (each of Uncle’s Honolulu locations) and ordered different items each visit.. Only one is Celiac. First of all, separate Gluten Free Menu is available, servers are very knowledgeable and on our last visit, I was seated at a table with a view directly into the kitchen.. Separate area where gluten items are prepared (sandwiches, etc), another area where deep fryer items are prepared, another where sashimi and salads come from.. All orders checked by head chef before placed into area where servers pick them up. Although the restaurant is well known for fish, my friend wants to say, the BBQ chicken was the best she’s ever had...and she’s an expert!

Solid GF menu. The garlic Ahi was incredible. A bit pricy but worth it.

Excellent food! Fish was very fresh. They have a separate gluten free menu. I asked if an item that wasn’t on the gf menu could be prepared gf & they happily accommodated. The servers were friendly, professional, & attentive. Highly recommend!

So amazing. Fish is the best ever. There is a separate menu for GF and they can make fries in a pan :) Honestly, the fish is really the best

Food was absolutely amazing. I had the grilled platter with shrimp, fish, and scallops. Didn't get sick. Talk to the manager behind the bar, and she will take care of you. Wonderful service, too. Definitely going back. A little pricey, but worth every penny for fresh, delicious fish.

This is a favorite spot for my family, so I've been here twice since my diagnosis. First time was great. I was so stressed out about ordering, but the waitress was very comforting and double checked with the chef about my choices. Second time, not so much. Both times they went to look for some kind of special menu for me, but came back empty handed. Second visit, the waitress was a little gruff, said she would check with the chef, but I never heard back. In fact, I never saw her again, other servers delivered our food and check. After a positive experience the first time, I had let my guard down, and yes, I got sick. So, the chefs are great, but be clear with your server.
