All sandwiches can be prepared with gluten free bread. They prepare it in a separate area in the kitchen instead of at the cafeteria-style line. Sandwiches are typically served with a side salad (balsamic dressing) and a deli salad (potato salad when I was there), but I asked for a bowl of soup instead. There were two soups and both were gluten free. Everything is served by staff. A little bit chaotic so I didn't notice if there were any gf desserts or crisps available, but there may have been. There were also some alcoholic beverages as well as standard sodas and water. Fun to dine in the castle halls!
