We were in Cayman for 6 days and went to Union twice. We had great experiences both times. They even had a GF fryer. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. The owner came to our table to let us know that her mother has celiac and how it played a big part in the creating of the menu. My daughter with celiac felt great about our experiences there.

Many celiac options. Waiter and owner/manger were very knowledgeable and so many great GF choices for apps and meal. Highly recommend. There were several other celiac diners there at the same time as us.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. The menu is marked GF and the owner is extremely knowledgeable in answering any questions. They have separate cutting board and knives. Food was outstanding and perfectly cooked. Great ambience. Drinks were delicious too!

Absolutely amazing experience. Owner’s mother has celiac so they are very thorough. From start to finish exceptional service. Lobster bisque was amazing and have gluten free bread. Best filet I have ever had. Dedicated fryer for celiacs. Gave us champagne with our dessert for our honeymoon and then called us a cab home. Wish we had time to go again!

A new restaurant in Camana Bay with cool ambience. Gluten free items marked on the menu. I didn't test it but supposedly have a separate gluten free fryer. Waiter we had was happy to check with the chef that there would be no cross contamination. Food was delicious.
