We've eaten there several times, both before and after celiac diagnosis.

Dedicated fryer and knowledge staff. (We did have a waiter the last time that really didn't know the scoop but i think he was just helping out and we just asked another staff person our questions and they knew the score).
Jalapeño tamarind drink and boiled peanuts are excellent to start off with. Chef is amazing.
They now opened a finer dining experience upstairs but we haven't ventured there yet.
