Walked in and didn't see many gluten free items. Asked the worker about gluten and she went right back to get the chef. He told me he could make me a pulled pork sandwich on a gf bun and advised me which sides were safe. (I chose a side salad.) It was tasty and I didn't get sick!

Good gf pork brisket. Ask for the chef upon entry. All other food is ordered cafeteria style; see it, ask for it. Recommend brisket! Celiac allergy, dedicated fryer, gf buns.

Ate here twice while we were there. It was easy, quiet and dark. I ate the braised beef sandwich with fries (in a dedicated fryer) both times. I was pretty nervous at first because it is basically a self serve lunch line but the chef came out and then made my food separate in the back. If it had been really busy it probably isn’t the best choice, but when it’s quiet it’s perfect. They kept me safe and the food was good, so I was happy.

We’ve been twice and very sensitive celiac didn’t get sick. First time it was less organized and I was unsure, but 15 months later (3/17 to 6/18) it was easier to know what was safe (this was true for the whole park actually). Bunless hotdog, chicken, sauce less ribs were the main options. 4 stars only because it was still hectic to get gf in busy place

I ate here 2 days in a row. Both days I got the bacon cheese burger with fries (from a dedicated fryer) and the meal comes with a chocolate shake! Great food, kind and knowledgeable chef and I didn’t get sick! I would eat here again!

They do have the chef come out and discuss options. Ribs, no sauce, burger on gf bun, fries in a dedicated fryer. The GF food came out after the gluten eating guests were done eating. The regular good was mediocre. With that said- The service here is TERRIBLE.

Yesterday, while my family was enjoying slices of delicious pizza, I used my trusty app FindMeGF (GF = gluten free) and found a little gem in the middle of Universal Studios.

The Classic Monsters Cafe sells many food items including gluten free yummy foods. When it was my turn in line, I inquired about the gluten free menu and the nice lady said to wait a minute for the Chef.

A man with a tall white chef hat came out of the kitchen and explained in detail what were my options. I selected the burger with the gluten free bun and the fries (fried in dedicated container).

Although this was not the best burger ever, it was pretty good and my stomach felt great!

If anything, the Chef gets the prize for being awesome!

Gluten free menu. French fries in dedicated fryer. Buns for burgers. Chef came out and talked to us and made separate plates for us in the back to prevent potential cross contamination. Got the burger plate w fries and chicken plate w broccoli and potatoes. After walking around the park all day it was perfect and delicious.

Waited 20 minutes and well after my family was done eating for a gf hamburger that wasn't very good. They do have chicken, potato and broccoli option prepared that probably would have been a better choice.

They do not have a GF menu but we ask to talk to the chef. He pointed out which items were GF. They have roasted chicken, potatoes and broccoli that is GF. My son ended up getting a hamburger on GF bun with french fries.
