I did not have the same experience as the previous review. I spotted at guest services and was told to check with the restaurants but that I probably could only eat at the full service restaurants. We tried monsters Cafe and they had no idea so we went to Finnegans. I ordered a salad from the gf menu and when I asked the server which dressings were safe she said all of them (not listed on menu). When I asked her if she was sure she said 99% so I explained she needed to be 100% because I world get very sick. She checked and only 3 dressings are gluten free and the one I would have chosen wasn't one of them so if I hadn't been pushy about it I'd have spent the test of the day sick.

We tired to have dinner at islands of adventure at 4pm and all of the restaurants were closed! so we waited until we got to citiwalk. We tried Vivo in citiwalk and the hostess said well I could have the penne pasta not sure which sauce and maybe some entrée but they didn't have a gf menu. Finally at bubba gump shrimp they had a gf menu.

Don't try to contact Universal for help on Facebook or Twitter they only respond to the comments praising then. It was so frustrating and if you are traveling with a child with celiac and diabetes you need to really do your planning and calling ahead.
