I eat here all the time and have never been glutened from the GF pizza! They also have dairy free cheese.

We eat here all the time and the GF pizza is delicious. Most staff knowledgeable, managers definitely are, pizza always delivered to table separately for one last avoidance at cross contamination.

We've never had an issue at an UNO Pizzeria. We have been to most of them from Maine to Florida. Customer service was great! Waiter was somewhat knowledgeable about gluten free items but had to double check due to him being new. Always like it when they double check. Manager was helpful. Allowed us to buy a few frozen crusts to take home. My vegan, gluten free pizza was delicious. They no longer have gluten free pasta at this location but did see they had gf buns for the hamburgers. Also got the flour less chocolate cake for my birthday which was very rich and gluten free.

Had the cheeseburger. It was very good and I was not contaminated at all. Server was knowledgeable about food prep and very kind. All gf food is prepared in a separate area of the grill to avoid cc. As a celiac, I would go back again.
Yes
Their GF menu is the last page of the regular menu. It has a few different pizzas, salads, burgers, and chicken dishes. I tried the guacamole burger with Udis bun. The server pointed out that the fries were not gf, and offered me a choice of different sides. Pretty tasty!
We tried the Gluten free pizza. It was not very good. It was very dry, very very thin and there was very little sauce on it. In addition, it was pricey for what you received. I also had a garden salad and the lettuce was not very fresh nor did they put many other vegetables in with it. The balsamic dressing was pretty good. My son had the gluten free hamburger and that was pretty good.
I would have only rated it 2 stars considering the quality, size and price of the GF pizza. But since they are at least making an attempt I decided to give it 3 stars. With that being said attention Uno Chicago Grill it is time to up your game with this.
Rating only because they offer a pizza, but honestly not very good in my opinion.
The best deal at Uno's is the take out special for $13.99...you can get 2 of the gf pizzas (or 1 gf and one non-gf if you are with a gluten eater)....especially since just one pizza is $12 if you eat in. They will also give you one or both of the pizzas frozen if you want to save one for later & eat one now.
Great friendly and quick service! We were surprised to find such a gem when traveling through the area. All staff are very knowledgeable about GF restrictions and substitutions.
pretty good gf pizza with a decent amount of toppings. good prices and the manager came out to talk to me about food prep
Extremely hit or miss safety wise. I would say that I get glutened about 50% of the time. I’ve been 5 ish times in the last year. The quality of the place has dropped off significantly since covid. The only gluten free options that they have at this point is 3ish kinds of pizza. The best gluten free crust around, but unfortunately I’m going to have to stop going because they can’t seem to get it together and keep things safe for people with celiac.

I had a gluten free pepperoni pizza, it was delicious and I did not get sick. I am very sensitive so I’d say this place is safe for celiac.

On a road trip and didn’t have many options in the area. I had been to UNO’s near my home before so we stopped. I was alarmed by the appearance of the GF pizza and was SURE it wasn’t GF and the thin crust my sister was served was actually my GF; it wasn’t. The crust at this location was delightful. Nice and chewy, honestly by the looks I was sure it was unsafe but manager assured me it was GF. It was a decent veggie pizza w a nice crust. No sickness at any point and I’m VERY SENSITIVE, I would have known without question. I’d go again. Also has the Caesar without croutons!
