I had a super great experience here! The pizza was heavenly, I didn't get sick and the staff was great. I ordered from the phone and requested the staff take great care with my order and they assured me that they will do their best, but there is always a risk. I took the chance and did not end up getting sick, and am very sensitive. I ordered a bianca pizza (no sauce) and a onion and bacon pizza for my partner who is not gluten free. He also very much enjoyed the pizza and we were raving about how delicious it was. It's a bit of a drive for me but I will definitely be back here. SEPERATE CUTTER AND STATION FOR GLUTEN FREE. Gluten free section on online menu. Desserts available. Very great price too.
Four stars only because there’s always a risk in chains; but here I haven’t gotten sick and I’ve eaten here a couple of times. Great pizza! They also have gluten free buns and other options available.
We come here only for the gluten free pizza and it is always very good and consistent. That, along with one GF chocolate dessert is all we need. Nice staff and clean space at this location. Felt good.

Best gf pizza crust. I don’t know how they do it but if I’m getting pizza out somewhere this is the pizza I want. They also have burger buns good but a big crumbly.
Tried the gluten free pizza last night. The staff was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease and assured me the restaurant took it extremely seriously. The pizza was delicious and I did not get sick. Will definitely go back!
I love Uno's and it's really good food. They have a celiac free kitchen and the people there are amazing. I keep going there and definitely check it out
I have celiac and I'm highly sensitive to gluten and got really sick at the UNOs in Hamilton. Tasted great going down but the effects afterwards are not worth it!

The gluten-free pizza I had was pretty bad. I wouldn't order it again. They must have changed the pizza they serve. My daughter has been diagnosed for 10 years and I'm recently diagnosed. We had gotten the G-free pizza a few years ago for her and I remember it tasting way better.
This place is safe to eat, but everything I've eaten there has been ok at best. I wouldn't mind going back if someone wanted to go here, but I wouldn't choose this place. maybe it would have been better off I got a burger, but I had pizza and it was basically frozen pizza.
I love the taste of their burgers and Ive never had a problem with their food. Usually these chain restaurants are awful but Chicago Uno at this location has never disappointed. They have a gf menu incorporated into their regular menu and they send two waiters out with your order because hubby is not gf so there is no cross contamination. Good athmosphere.
I ordered the gluten free pepperoni pizza. I've had better gf frozen pizzas, but it wasn't terrible. I was so sick for days after our visit though. They do have a pretty large gluten free menu though if you're willing to take a chance. I will not be back.
UNO is my favorite pizza place. I love getting the gluten free cheese and tomato thin crust with broccoli. They have many choices!
Excellent pepperoni pizza. manager Tony was very well versed in prep and contamination practices. Now have GF buns for burgers and new GF menu coming soon
In addition to great pizza and sides, they have a wider selection of gluten free beer. Need to look at their special beer menu to see the extra options.

I eat here every month or so. The GF pizza is good,..They take precautions with the premade crust and toppings kept separately from other pizza prep. If you order other toppings they can't guarantee no cross contamination and pizza cooked in shared oven howver they have been careful at evey location I've been too and I have not gotten sick eating here with careful discussion with waitstaff. Ordered the Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza and garden salad gluten free. This is hands down the best gluten free pizza we have ever had! They knew it was for an allergy - so it did come out separately to the rest of the other food. Great friendly service as well! Definitely come back!
Have not been in quite a few years and was pleasantly surprised. The pizza dough was so much better than it used to be. They had GF pasta and other selections as well. I recommend if u have not been in a while to give them another chance.
It was so delicious i thought it didn’t even taste gluten free. And then, I realized I’d been glutened on vacation - seriously the worst. 😟 I did get their tart and it was really tasty. I’d have adored this if I wouldn’t have gotten sick from it.
We are a family of celiacs. My wife, kids and I are #1 fans of Uno. When we were in Washington DC we knew it would be amazing as it has been every time we have been to different locations. We have been there over 20 times and have NEVER had any issues with cross contamination or wrong orders. We encourage everyone to try their amazing and delicious gluten free pizza and burger options.
