Extremely hit or miss safety wise. I would say that I get glutened about 50% of the time. I’ve been 5 ish times in the last year. The quality of the place has dropped off significantly since covid. The only gluten free options that they have at this point is 3ish kinds of pizza. The best gluten free crust around, but unfortunately I’m going to have to stop going because they can’t seem to get it together and keep things safe for people with celiac.
I didn’t eat in and so i have no experience with the wait staff however we ( my celiac mother and i) had different experiences. She had the salad and complained that it was the worst salad she has ever tasted however my pizza (she and i agreed) was so delicious. As someone who is gluten free, having a fluffy crust is rare so this was a treat for me.
I've been there a few times, but can't comment on the GF pizza as I've only gotten the herb rubbed chicken with roasted vegetables and brown rice. It's not gourmet, but tastes good and I had no reaction. It's also reasonably priced and the service has been good. My kids love their non-GF make your own pizzas.
We were seated as soon as we walked in and the hostess was very friendly. Our server was ok and brought our drinks over quickly. The gluten free selections were clearly listed and I ordered a burger on a gluten free bun. It was nice having this option but the server didn't come back for 15 minutes after our food arrived and I could have used Ketchup because The burger was dry and bland. I would have given two stars for the service, but the fact that I was able to get a gluten free bun bumped up the rating a little. My family got pizza and they thought it was ok.
I eat here every month or so. The GF pizza is good,..They take precautions with the premade crust and toppings kept separately from other pizza prep. If you order other toppings they can't guarantee no cross contamination and pizza cooked in shared oven howver they have been careful at evey location I've been too and I have not gotten sick eating here with careful discussion with waitstaff. Food comes out with manager usually or noted GF when brought to table. I eat the GF ceasar salad and have had the sala
Ordered the Gluten Free Pepperoni Pizza and garden salad gluten free. This is hands down the best gluten free pizza we have ever had! They knew it was for an allergy - so it did come out separately to the rest of the other food. Great friendly service as well! Definitely come back!
We are a family of celiacs. My wife, kids and I are #1 fans of Uno. When we were in Washington DC we knew it would be amazing as it has been every time we have been to different locations. We have been there over 20 times and have NEVER had any issues with cross contamination or wrong orders. We encourage everyone to try their amazing and delicious gluten free pizza and burger options.
