Very friendly staff. My daughter and I enjoyed a girls night there. She eats the regular pizza. She loves the make her own. I eat off the gluten free menu. I like many of the items there. They even bring me my meal out separate on a separate tray to keep cross contamination low.
Amazing!!! I haven’t had gluten free pizza this good in awhile! I told the waitress I have celiac right away and she assured me I could eat. Gluten free pizzas are prepared and cooked in their own pan with separate ingredients from the regular pizzas. My Nima also came back with GF. Not outrageously priced and generous portions. They ever carry Redbridge gluten free beer!
6/7/2019: third time here, have never gotten sick from the food. And the food is delicious! Atmosphere was fun, industrial look with the brick walls and exposed ceiling. Our waitress was friendly and when I asked about the gf pizza crust she said the pizza has received good reviews. She also said she enjoyed eating it so I decided to try it. I will say this is the best gf pizza I’ve ever had. So many are flat on taste with some even tasting bitter. The crust was like a hand tossed rather than think crust. It had a light buttery taste. I handed a piece to my son and he said it tasted a lot like his except lighter.
They can make you a pizza, but it’s in a shared oven. I opted for no pizza because I’m very sensitive, but when my plate came it had bread on it. They fixed it, but not what I was hoping for. Also not worth what I paid for it.
I ordered the gluten free veggie pizza and added the balsamic glaze, arugula, and fresh Parmesan. My goodness. Might be the best pizza I’ve ever had since needing to go GF. I’ll update if I get any cross contamination, but they were very conscious of my need and took really good care of me.
The website is clear about “celiacs beware—this is best effort at best”). I appreciate that they are clear on that but weighing the risk vs. a burger from a place I would never order a burger from pre-celiac... not worth it to me.
Server Caleb was fantastic. Meal brought out separately by kitchen staff from other non gluten free meals. Meal was delicious. Many options. Staff was friendly and helpful.
They are careful in my experience but they won't add anything to the gf pizza so you are stuck with their toppings. The crust is like a cracker. Their main dishes aren't bad.
We ate here on the way to Seaworld with our daughter who has celiac. The waiter, Paul I think, was very understanding and recommended the pizza. It was amazing GF pizza! She also had some bites of brown rice, salmon, steamed broccoli and the hamburger (all off the GF menu) and had zero reactions.
This had to be in my top 5 best pizza I've had since going gluten free. I travel around the country and even have had my fair share in gluten free pizza in Italy and man was I impressed. This isn't your typical card board disk. It's actually has some chew to it at just the right amount. It's even got a real crust. The only suggestion I make for you super sensitive Celiac out there like me. Is to request they grab the toppings including the cheese and sauce from the cooler and not the line. They do keep the crust in a sealed container away from everything else. With this method you can make most pizza places within reach. Just make sure you speak to a manager before sitting down so you can make sure it will be done correctly.
Usually do take out pizza. Get pepperoni and veggies combined and ask for the crust well done. Best to order on site to ensure accuracy. On the weekends, at least for now, second pizza is $6. They got a much better crust a while ago, and it actually has some chew. Yay. Have never gotten sick, even when ordering other food from the gluten free menu.
The pizza crust is like real pizza! I had my own and my family had the regular pizza, tried mine and also loved it. I’ve had good luck there and had it about 4 times. Pizza takeout only. Also when I called to put my order in the person on the phone clearly told me about the toppings they use and can guarantee won’t be cross contaminated which put me at ease

Waiter was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about celiac and avoiding cross contamination. Delicious veggie pizza with the recommended added pepperoni. My 12 year old tiny gymnast ate 7/8 of the 12 inch pizza herself!!!
We got two pizza's to go last week when visiting the Dells. The server walked us through all of the precautions they take to ensure no cross contamination. Overall good experience and the pizza was still good cold the next day.
This is my favorite place to go for pizza! I don't think I've ever had any of their other menu items at this particular location. I identify myself as celiac with the server because I've learned that not all places take you seriously unless you identify celiac or allergy and this time my server let me know that they treat all GF orders with the same procedures to be sure it is safe for all of us. That made me super pleased. My pizza wasn't quite as delicious as usual, but it reheated in my toaster oven quite well, so I think the crust may have needed just a few extra minutes if baking time. I've NEVER gotten sick there and I love their crust so much that I've asked if it can be purchased before. The crust reminds me the most of traditional pizza crust (like the Pizza Hut ones that I still miss) and even my gluten-eating friends and family think it's good!
The waitress was incredible. The menu states that they have gluten free pizza ingredients but cautions that it is baked in a shared oven. When I told her I am Celiac she explained that they change gloves, keep ingredients, pans, slicers etc separate and are extremely cross contamination conscientious. I felt very confident ordering a pizza. She cut it herself and delivered it to our table separately from other food. It tasted incredible - the first deep dish pizza I’ve had in 8 years. I just wish there was a Chicago Uno closer to my home. Excellent experience!
The menu was marked for only gluten sensitive, and in have celiac disease. You had to pay $1 extra for an Udi's bun. I had a hamburger with the Udis roll and it disintigrated in my hand. The burger came with roasted veggies which those were good. I had to eat my burgwr with a fork. The waitress was not friendly and I got glutenned from the cross contamination. Won't go there again.
Took the family out for dinner here and explained that both daughter and I have Celiac. Menu states the GF pizzas are cooked in same oven but they are very good about bringing food out separate and server brought our pizzas out wearing gloves. The crust is absolutely delicious - hope they offer a few more ingredient choices but will definitely be back for that pizza!
You'll get a good meal here. I like the herb-rubbed chicken but you can tell it's mostly heated up on site (fake grill lines). They improved their GF pizza a couple of years ago and the crust is thicker than any other GF pizza in the area.
I ordered the GF pizza. The waitress made me feel at ease while ordering. The pizza was very good and o did not get sick.
They advertise they are gluten free but have very limited options. Catsup was not gluten free and they had to hunt for GF mustard. Staff was willing to go back to kitchen and ask questions, which helped but you do have to be your own advocate here. Do not have options they used to or what they advertise
