The staff here is quite knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities and do their best to prevent cross contamination. Because they are not a strictly GF establishment there is some risk of cross contamination. Great food and Service as a rule of thumb

While they do have a gluten sensitive menu, it is limited. Their GF pizza is cooked in the same oven as the wheat pizzas. Heat doesn't kill the gluten protein so this is not an option. The staff here were not educated and couldn't answer questions without having to go ask.

Had GF pizza and have eaten here often. Waiter very knowable about celiac and very careful about contamination. Even provided me with fresh species and Parmesan cheese. Great plebe!

Best celiac safe restaurant I have ever been to. The waitstaff is very knowledgable and helpful I had a burger on a bun for the first time in about two years and it was amazing new go to place.

Great food (for the price point), excellent service. Not having had a restaurant burger in years, was very pleasantly surprised with the gluten free burger. Spoke to the manager about their GF protocol and was amazed to find a truly knowledgeable

professional attitude. This place takes gluten-free preparation seriously and is very accommodating. Can't say that about many, if any, places I've been. Definitely going to be my new "go to" place. Looking forward to finally having pizza.

Gf pizza was awesome and larger than any other gf pizza I have seen. They have a gf page right in the menu. Service was excellent too. My go to pizza place.

Wonderful menu with a lot of different options. Staff is able to speak to gluten free products and takes great measures to keep foods separate. GF pizza is very good (they make it before they make anything else and store seperatly!)

I have had very good meals and service here I prefer the GF meals over the their GF Pizza.

Great gluten free pizza. The crust was so good I was scared it might be gluten. It was warm, tasty, and crunchy.

The only downside is you only have 3 safe options for the pizza, because the 3 pizza options are all ingredients separate from the other ingredients. So I did feel very safe eating the pizza.

Great food. Service was slow. Gluten free pizza is 10”. With three veggie toppings it was $20. Pretty pricy to me. Blueberry mojito was good.

We went. To say it's got a GF menu is laughable. We left.

Server confirmed the order was for an allergy. Pizza crust was thick and delicious. I ordered the veggie pizza but I would ask them to leave off the squash and zucchini in the future. Pizza was cooked on the paper to reduce cross contamination

We've never had an issue at an UNO Pizzeria. We have been to most of them from Maine to Florida. Customer service was great! Waiter was somewhat knowledgeable about gluten free items but had to double check due to him being new. Always like it when they double check. Manager was helpful. Allowed us to buy a few frozen crusts to take home. My vegan, gluten free pizza was delicious. They no longer have gluten free pasta at this location but did see they had gf buns for the hamburgers. Also got the flour less chocolate cake for my birthday which was very rich and gluten free.
