This company is not taking gluten free seriously. Avoid! The GF pizza is not, if you can't test it don't eat it.

Claimed there was no chance of cross contamination. My daughter got extremely sick after eating here. They apparently don’t understand what cross contamination is. Do not eat here.

I was amazed to find out their GF pizza crust is from Venice Bakery in California. Venice Bakery makes GF crust that will trick you into thinking it’s gluten filled. It is that good! Pizzeria Uno also assured me the toppings come from separate containers so the risk for cross contamination is low.

Very great gluten free pizza. All of them. The crust is amazing, one of the best we’ve had. This is a must try, their tomato sauce is delicious. We’ve been eating their pizzas for the past 3 days. It’s so good. They also have gluten free burgers and steak! Worth the visit 100%

New gf pizza crust is the best around!!

I'll give 5 stars if my very sensitive 9yr old celiac kid can eat and there and not get sick. She got the GF cheese pizza and enjoyed it.
They have gluten free options and when ordering a burger their rolls are awesome
Yes
I am assuming I am not going to get sick from last Night's dinner but the herb rubbed chicken texture was like pressed chicken, not real chicken breast, from the lines on the outside it appeared grilled, and I don't know whether their grill used anything on it at any time with Gluten. To add to the sad picture, the chicken was tasteless. On the other hand the steamed broccoli was fine and so was the brown rice with craisins.
GF Pizza crust tasted like cardboard and the sides were over cooked.
Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.

The pizza was safe to eat. I did not get sick… however, it was not cheap. I got takeout and brought it to my hotel. When I started eating, I realized there was no pizza sauce! It was glorified pepperoni cheesy bread! It wasn’t worth driving back to get a new one.

Tried this place for the first time after seeing reviews here and the pizza was prepared safely and tasted great. No issues for us with Celiac. (Also, they will bring your order out to the car if you wish.) Update: Feb2024 - this place has become one of our go to spots. We use the gluten free menu and explain gluten allergy and no issues.

Yummy gf pizza. Both gf crust and cauliflower. Got the cauliflower crust and it was crispy and tasted good.
