Gluten free pizza was very good and the waitress explained the kitchen procedures for me. They also have vegan options for anyone who can't have dairy.

They mention on the website that they used shared equipment, so may not be appropriate for those with Celiac, however it’s just a preference for us. That being said, this was the best GF pizza we’ve ever had. Thick, chewy, brown crust was what made it special. Excellent!
Claim to be Celiac friendly but my daughters pizza clearly had cross contamination based on sick she got after eating there.

I get takeout gluten free pizza all of the time. I have celiac and am very sensitive to gluten but have not gotten sick ever before at UNO's. They prepare my gluten free pizza separate from other pizzas, and it is very tasty as the crust comes from a gluten free bakery! I definitely recommend getting the gluten free pizza here!

I pretty much always go with either the salmon or the gluten free pizza, both are fantastic. The wait staff is great about communicating the allergy and they cook the food in a separate place. I wish they had better gluten free dessert options, maybe someday they'll add that to the menu!

I find it funny when I was at uno a week go they offer me a fruit cup of strawberries and blueberries grapes because i could eat the Veggies on the menu since they all had something i was allergic to. and just down the road about a hour from that one i walk in and ask for fruit cup instead of Veggies and waitress say ok. and then the manager comes to me table and say is there a problem. and we say the waitress took care of it. he say we dont have any fruit here and there no friut cup on the menu. so i say well i have it funny that a week ago i was at a uno and they made me one with ..... in it then the manager say oh I guess we can do that but it will take longer. ours menu all of them were out in 5 minutes or less after he left the table from talking to us. even tho he left us feeling bother that I had order something off the so call menu. really how hard is it to put fruit in a bowl.

Great gluten free pizza. The crust was so good I was scared it might be gluten. It was warm, tasty, and crunchy.
The only downside is you only have 3 safe options for the pizza, because the 3 pizza options are all ingredients separate from the other ingredients. So I did feel very safe eating the pizza.

Update: we went here on Nov 21 and it’s shut down
Great food. Service was slow. Gluten free pizza is 10”. With three veggie toppings it was $20. Pretty pricy to me. Blueberry mojito was good.

We went. To say it's got a GF menu is laughable. We left.
Server confirmed the order was for an allergy. Pizza crust was thick and delicious. I ordered the veggie pizza but I would ask them to leave off the squash and zucchini in the future. Pizza was cooked on the paper to reduce cross contamination
