There was gluten-free cheese pizza but it wasn’t good.

If you have celiacs, HARD PASS. Cross contamination galore.

The pizza is one of the best gluten free around
Great service. Will accommodate food. Just had a pizza and it was to die for. Great new crust.

Decided to give Uno's a try after seeing their GF menu online. Fair number of choices available and food was good overall.
One big mistake was made when one of us got our salad. You could see specks of croutons on it, but luckily we caught it before it was eaten.
To their credit, the manager took charge of the situation and ensured the dinners were safe to eat. He did a great job.
Overall we'd recommend this restaurant but would probably go somewhere like Not Your Average Joes if given the option.

I went there and ordered a gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese, when it came out the waitress said it’s “safe and vegan”, I asked her if it was gluten free and she said yes. I wasn’t too convinced (it looked too good) so I didn’t eat it. When she came back to the table another person in my party asked what the crust was made out of and she said she would ask the chef. It was a regular crust and my instincts were right. If I trusted her when she said it was gluten free it would have been very bad. I wish this waitress took this seriously and if the kitchen and the manager saw the “allergy” alert paid closer attention. I will not trust unos again

The three gf pizza options cannot be added onto at least online like gluten pizzas. I will say the crust was great but had to cook it a little longer for my tastes. I added a garden salad but they put croutons on so I had to toss it. Only gf dressing they have is ranch.
Horrible customer service though. Wouldn't let me pay over the phone because she had people on hold. Also when picking up the pizza it took 10 min and 2 people repeating the question of what's the name for pick up. Had to wait for someone to get off the phone to pay. Just a bad setup. Shared baking equipment but not setup equipment. Only reason for saying it's not celiac friendly *I however did not get sick*
